When and how refunds work.
Diagnostic guarantee
If we don’t identify at least three leaks worth more than AED 1,500 a month combined, request a refund within 7 days of receiving your scorecard.
Classes
Full refund up to 48 hours before a live class; after that, a transfer to the next date.
X-Ray, Blueprint, Strategy Pass, VIP Day
Refundable before work starts; once work starts, unused credits remain valid but fees are non-refundable.
Growth Circle
Cancel anytime before the next billing date; no partial-month refunds.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
